SolarWind is one of the monitoring tools.

I known of PRTG, WhatsUP gold, Logic, Nagios, ManageEngine
Zabbix and Nagios are free, time consuming in configuration, and maintanence other than that they are good.

Observium is good one. If device goes down we can get telegram msg.

Thousand Eyes, Science Logic, Riverbed are best tools which i have seen so far and mostly used in Enterprise Networks.
