How to check and validate if there has been any Internet Issue happened (20-30 sec) in the company network if there are not monitoring tools and the ISP Circuit has not triggered any dysconnectivity email.
Use IP Sla to constantly monitor the ISP network. If ISP goes down it will generate a LOG message.
