Do we need NAT in case we have public IP in the Lan Network ?

Yes we do, if we need to connect multiple devices in LAN have to be connected to the internet. But if there is a single device we can go without NAT. In addition with the help of NAT we can hide i.e translate our Local IP addresses, nevertheless we have Public IP.
