We are using 3 ILL and if any one link goes down … we need to disable interface from our firewall, can we do define any route cmd on core switch when link goes down interface disable automatically. (we are not use router)

Yes we can do that from L3 switch. Are you using HSRP ?
No sir, currently we are not using HSRP switching protocol. And it may also happen that when the link is up, interface gets automatically up.
No need to do anything on the firewall.
