BGP RIB Failure

When i use origin code attribute in BGP i.e redistribute connected for my Loopback for the router, the peer gets the Physical interface Network advertisement and the code says “r” RIB failure. Is this normal and if not then how to avoid that.

Ideally if i use redistribute connected, i guess all the connected will be advertised including the Physical interfaces.

Please suggest an option if any

Yes RIB Failure is normal. It means the same route is already there in the routing table with lower metric.
