how do i upgrade myself for good jpbs in networking

currently i am an network engineer with 4 year of experience in switching and FortiGate firewall including sdwan, policies, ipsec vpn , so now should i move to direct cloud like azure pr aws / or should learn automation like ansible python then should move to cloud ? my end goal is to get good remote job in india
